Tuition and Fees

Payment for tuition and other fees is due and payable at the time of registration for courses. Payment may be in cash, check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover), approved scholarships, or a combination of these methods. If payment cannot be made in full, the Bethel College TIP (Tuition Installment Plan) program may be used to assist you.

  • Tuition - $200 per credit hour

  • Audit - $50 per credit hour

  • Student Activity Fee - $50

  • Library Fee - $15 per semester

  • Administration Fee - $10 per semester

  • Late Registration Fee - $15 if applicable

  • TIP Enrollment Fee - $15 if applicable

Textbooks
Textbook purchases are not included in Bethel College tuition and fees. Students have the option of purchasing their textbooks from Bethel College or another venue if they prefer. Bethel College will make every effort to provide used textbooks when available, and is committed to selling textbooks to students at a fair and reasonable rate. Textbooks purchased from Bethel College must be paid for in full at the time of receipt.

Bethel College Tuition Installment Plan (TIP)
The Bethel College TIP program is provided by the college as an alternative method of payment for tuition costs. The plan allows the student to make payments on their tuition instead of paying the full balance at the time of registration. In order to enroll, students must complete the TIP program enrollment form, available from the Administrative Office, and pay the enrollment fee at the time of registration. Textbook purchases, TIP fees, and campus housing fees are not included in the TIP program and must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Late Payment & Termination
A late fee may be assessed against any account for a payment received after the due date. In the event of failure to pay by the end of the semester, grades and transcripts will not be released, and the college may refuse future TIP applications. Failure to pay any installment may also result in termination of current enrollment in the Bethel College TIP program with any remaining balance due in full.

College Housing
Bethel College can help students find affordable housing in the vicinity of the school. Any student desiring to live in college housing must fill out an application through the administration office.

Returned Checks
A processing charge is assessed when a check is returned by the bank for any reason.

Net Price Calculator
In accordance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), Bethel College is providing the estimated cost for attending. Also, as a participant in Title IV federal student aid programs the college must post a net price calculator on its website that uses institutional data to provide estimated net price information to current and prospective students and their families based on a student’s individual circumstances.

This calculator should allow students to calculate an estimated net price of attendance at Bethel College (defined as cost (price) of attendance minus grant and scholarship aid) based on what similar students paid in a previous year. The net price calculator is required for all Title IV institutions that enroll full-time, first-time degree- or certificate-seeking undergraduate students.
